Stihl tech - $1,111 (Homer)

I need a Stihl chainsaw mechanic.
I have a ms461 I picked up used.
It ran, had to feather the trigger.
Previous owner said it had sat for a while.
I put in new fuel and hoped it would come back around.
Ran for about 45 min and died.
Ran pretty good.
Wouldn’t restart.
I went through the carb and new plug, still won’t run.
The fuel line was clear.
I noticed that when I pulled the carb off the fuel line there was pressure in the line.
I can’t figure out how to check the tank vent.
I dumped fuel down the carb and still nothing.
I do have spark.
Seems to have good compression.
