*Position Overview*
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of commercial roofing experience to lead our sales division.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an exceptional leader, and a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of achieving sales goals in the commercial roofing sector.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting potential new customers.
* Collaborate with the operations, estimating and finance teams to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 10 years of commercial roofing sales experience preferred.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing with experience in waterproofing and metal wall panel products and services.
* Experience in Salesforce, Bluebeam, Edge, Acumatica and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
