org) Position Summary: Under the direction of the Charge Nurse this person is responsible for the patient flow in the clinic.
Position Qualifications: A highly self motivated individual with organizational and multitasking skills.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical terminology course of study completed & documented.
Minimum Experience: Two-years experience working in a healthcare field.
Able to fulfill all competencies for OPC Medical Support Technician II.
License, Certification, Registration: Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
Equipment /Tools: Printer, photocopiers, fax machine, multi-line phone system and other general office equipment.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Typing 45 w.
p.
m.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Multitasking and organizational skills especially necessary.
Accuracy and dependability a must.
Interpersonal and communication skill required interacting with medical personnel on a routine basis.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Yup’ik speaker preferred.
