Assistant Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our crew.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our restaurant.
Must be quick on your feet and possess the ability to remain calm in high stress situations.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Train, develop, and motivate crew members throughout shift - Communicate between the FOH and BOH - Monitor and analyze sales, making recommendations for improvement - Responsible for bank drop, balancing drawer, discounts/voids, and handling tip outs to staff.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new crew members - Assist in inventory, ordering and stocking - Miscellaneous day to day operations such as opening or closing of restaurant.
Experience: - Applicant must be 21 years or older.
- Preferred 2+ years of previous restaurant experience.
- Able to meet the physical demands of working in a busy restaurant/kitchen - Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
- Enjoys and works well with being part of a team.
