Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.
The Intensive Support Resident Manager is a live-in position that provides a positive & nurturing living environment for individuals experiencing developmental disabilities that is shared with another Intensive Support Resident Manager The Resident Manager works with the individuals supported in the home and works with the other Resident Manage to ensure all paperwork for the home is completed and provides leadership to the operations of an assisted living home.
This position involves direct supervision of direct care staff, ensuring home finances are used properly, and completing routing reports and documentation.
The Intensive Support Resident Manager schedule is week on, week off (Wednesday - Wednesday).
There is a second Resident that works the following week on the same week on, week off rotation.
The Resident Manager is provided private quarters in the assisted living home during their scheduled shifts.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED; and
Four (4) years of experience providing direct support services; one (1) year of which is directly related experience supporting people that demonstrate challenging and/or aggressive behaviors.
One year supervisory or administrative experience strongly preferred; or
Equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience.
