Our Behavioral Health Department provides residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient treatment services for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders.
We also provide mental health counseling services for adults and teenagers who are referred to us from within our provider network.

About the position:
The Administrative Assistant Director for the Behavioral Health department is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the behavioral health program within an organization.
This individual will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership to ensure the effective delivery of behavioral health services to our clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in in a related field.
Related fields include, but are not limited to healthcare administration, human resources, public health, social work, psychology, etc.
Associates degree and two years of additional leadership experience may be accepted in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
Four years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Behavioral Health experience preferred.
